ANKAROUTE – PRIVACY POLICY

This Privacy Policy applies to the AnkaRoute mobile application provided by Lebasoft ("App"). AnkaRoute provides non-stop flight opportunities from Ankara Esenboğa, allows you to save them, create route trackings, and sends optional notifications.
By using the App, you agree to the data processing practices described in this policy.
1) Data Collected
AnkaRoute may process the following categories of data:
1.1) Account and identity data
- Your email address if you log in with Google on Android or iOS
- Your email address or private relay email if you log in with Apple on iOS
- User ID generated on the Supabase backend
- Anonymous session ID when guest session is used
1.2) Device and technical data
- Device ID generated on the application side
- Platform and operating system version information
- APNs and/or FCM token for push notifications
- Advertising ID or similar device identifiers on platforms or versions where ads or measurement SDKs are enabled
- Error logs, crash information, and technical diagnostic data on platforms or versions where crash reporting is enabled
1.3) In-app preferences and user content
- Flight opportunities you have saved
- Route trackings you have created
- Your filter preferences such as budget, date range, and duration of stay
- Notification preferences and notification sound preference
- Limited in-app state information of last seen notifications
1.4) Subscription and purchase data
- Your Pro plan status
- Subscription provider records
- Metadata regarding the product, entitlement, subscription, and renewal status
- App Store or Google Play purchase receipt and transaction identifiers where required for subscription validation
- Billing event logs and purchase synchronization data
AnkaRoute does not directly collect or store your payment card information. Purchases are handled by Apple App Store, Google Play, and/or the relevant payment infrastructure.
1.5) Usage and measurement data
Certain events occurring within the application may be recorded for analytical purposes. Examples include:
- Opening a notification
- Opening a deep link
- Saving a flight, sharing, and clicking a booking link
- Creating or updating a route tracking
- Purchase initiation, completion, restoration, or error events
The current iOS version of AnkaRoute does not use Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, or Google AdMob. If these services are introduced on iOS in a future version, this policy and App Store privacy information will be updated accordingly.
2) Purposes of Data Processing
Collected data may be processed for the following purposes:
- To deliver app content and show flight opportunities
- To associate your saved flights and route trackings with your account or device
- To send notifications and verify notification delivery
- To handle Google sign-in, Sign in with Apple, account synchronization, and account deletion processes
- To verify Pro subscription status and restore purchases
- To monitor app performance, detect bugs, and improve service quality on platforms or versions where analytics or crash reporting is enabled
- To show ads on platforms or versions where ads are enabled
- To conduct security, fraud prevention, and technical audit processes
3) Using the App Without an Account
Some features of AnkaRoute can be used without creating an account. In this case, the app may use anonymous sessions and device IDs to protect your records. If you log in with Google or Apple, your existing device data can be associated with your account.
4) Third-Party Services
AnkaRoute may use the following types of third-party service providers:
- Supabase: authentication, database, and server-side functions
- Google Sign-In: optional account login on Android and iOS
- Sign in with Apple: optional account login on iOS
- Firebase Cloud Messaging and Apple Push Notification service (APNs): push notification delivery
- Firebase Analytics: usage measurement on Android or other platforms where enabled; not used in the current iOS version
- Firebase Crashlytics: error and crash reporting on Android or other platforms where enabled; not used in the current iOS version
- Google AdMob: ad serving on Android or other platforms where enabled; not used in the current iOS version
- RevenueCat, Apple App Store, StoreKit, and Google Play: subscription and purchase management
- External airline or booking links: redirection for booking
Each of these services may be subject to their own privacy policies. When you click on an external link, the practices of the respective third party apply.
5) Data Sharing
Your personal data may be shared with:
- technical infrastructure providers necessary for the provision of the service,
- business partners providing purchasing, notification, advertising, and analysis services where such services are integrated,
- authorized institutions and authorities in case of legal obligation,
- as necessary to protect our rights or investigate suspected fraud or abuse.
Your data is not sold for advertising purposes.
6) Data Retention Periods
Your data may be retained as long as necessary for the provision of the service or within the scope of legal obligations.
In general:
- Saved flights and route trackings can be kept until you delete them or your account/device is terminated.
- Notification and device records may be kept as long as necessary to maintain the notification service.
- Analytical, error log, and subscription event logs may be kept longer for technical, financial, or auditing purposes on platforms or versions where they are collected.
If you use the account deletion feature within the application, your account, tracking lists, saved flights, device session, and core account records associated with your subscription will be attempted to be deleted. However, certain billing, security, or technical audit records may be retained for some time for legal or operational reasons.
7) User Rights and Control Options
You can perform the following actions from within the application or by contacting us:
- Logging in or out with your Google account
- Logging in or out with your Apple account on iOS
- Revoking Google or Apple sign-in access from the relevant provider account or device settings where applicable
- Deleting saved flights and route trackings
- Changing notification permissions from device settings
- Deleting your account from within the application
- Requesting information about our privacy practices

8) Cross-Border Data Transfer
The servers of the infrastructure and service providers we use may be located outside of Türkiye. Therefore, your data may be processed or stored abroad under the provision of the service.
9) Security
We strive to implement reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect your personal data. Nevertheless, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely risk-free.
10) Children's Privacy
AnkaRoute is not designed as an application directed at children. We do not knowingly intend to collect personal data from children. If such a case is noticed, necessary steps will be taken to delete the relevant data.
11) Changes to the Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. When significant changes occur, you may be informed via in-app notifications, an updated policy text, or other appropriate methods.
