Terms of Service

You accept these Terms when you download, access, create an account in, purchase a subscription through, or otherwise use AnkaRoute. These Terms form an agreement between you and Lebasoft.

If you use the App on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms on its behalf.

AnkaRoute is a flight discovery and route tracking application focused on non-stop flight opportunities departing from Ankara Esenboğa Airport. The App may let you filter results, save flight opportunities, create route tracking rules, receive optional notifications, and open external airline or booking provider pages.

AnkaRoute is an information and discovery tool. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Lebasoft is not an airline, travel agency, ticket seller, or party to any booking you make with a third party.

You must have the legal capacity required under applicable law to use the App and enter into purchases. If you are a minor, you may use the App only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian. AnkaRoute is not directed to children.

Some features may be available through a guest session. On Android, you may sign in with Google. On iOS, you may sign in with Google or Apple. Your use of those sign-in services is also subject to the relevant provider’s terms. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and sign-in credentials and for activity conducted through your account.

You may sign out or request account deletion using the controls available in the App. More information about account data and deletion is available in the Privacy Policy.

Flight schedules, routes, prices, availability, currencies, baggage rules, visa requirements, and other travel details can change quickly and may be supplied by third parties. Search results and alerts are provided for general informational purposes and may not be complete, current, or error-free.

Before making a booking or travelling, you must verify all material details directly with the relevant airline, booking provider, airport, and official authorities. Displaying a flight opportunity does not guarantee that it remains available or that you are eligible to purchase or use it.

When you follow a booking link, you leave AnkaRoute and interact with a third-party service. Any booking, payment, cancellation, refund, baggage service, loyalty benefit, or dispute is between you and that third party and is governed by its terms and privacy policy.

Lebasoft does not control and is not responsible for third-party websites, their availability, their content, or their performance. A link or search result does not mean that Lebasoft endorses or guarantees the provider.

You may create tracking rules using criteria such as destination, dates, budget, or trip duration and may choose to receive notifications. Notifications depend on your settings, device permissions, network connection, platform services, and the availability of matching data.

AnkaRoute does not guarantee that every matching opportunity will be detected or that a notification will be delivered at a particular time. You should not rely on notifications as your only means of monitoring a route or price.

Certain features may require an AnkaRoute Pro subscription or another in-app purchase. The price, billing period, trial terms, included features, and renewal information shown in the App or relevant app store at the time of purchase form part of your purchase terms.

Purchases are processed by Apple App Store, Google Play, RevenueCat, or the applicable payment infrastructure. Subscription charges, automatic renewal, cancellation, refunds, and billing disputes are handled under the rules of the store through which you purchased. You can manage or cancel a subscription through your store account settings. Deleting the App or your AnkaRoute account does not by itself cancel a store subscription.

We may change the features included in free or paid plans. Any price change will be communicated and applied as required by the relevant store rules and applicable law.

Some platforms or App versions may display advertising or other third-party content. Ads and external content may be selected or delivered by third-party services. Your interaction with an advertisement or external service is between you and the relevant third party.

Subject to these Terms, Lebasoft grants you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use AnkaRoute for lawful, non-commercial purposes on devices that you own or control.

The App, its software, visual design, name, logo, text, graphics, and other original content are owned by or licensed to Lebasoft and are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.

You agree not to misuse AnkaRoute or help another person do so. In particular, you must not:

• access or use the App in violation of applicable law or the rights of others;
• interfere with, overload, damage, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the App, its accounts, APIs, servers, or networks;
• reverse engineer, scrape, copy, resell, or commercially exploit the App or its data except where applicable law expressly permits it;
• use automated means to extract data or circumvent usage, security, subscription, or access controls;
• upload malware, impersonate another person, commit fraud, or use the App in a misleading or abusive manner.

Our Privacy Policy explains how AnkaRoute processes personal data, including data used for Google sign-in on Android and iOS, Apple sign-in on iOS, saved flights, route tracking, notifications, subscriptions, and account deletion.

Operational messages may be necessary to provide or secure the service. Optional push notifications can be controlled through the App where available and through your device settings.

We work to keep AnkaRoute available, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service. Maintenance, technical faults, platform restrictions, third-party data changes, security risks, or events outside our reasonable control may affect the App.

We may add, remove, update, or discontinue features and may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, maintenance, prevention of abuse, or protection of the service and its users. You may stop using the App at any time.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AnkaRoute is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant the accuracy, availability, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or results of flight information, alerts, external links, or third-party services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lebasoft will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, missed notifications, changed fares or schedules, or dealings with third parties. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the App, law, or our operations. The updated version becomes effective when published on this page or on a later date stated in the notice. Where required, we will provide additional notice. Your continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules that apply to you. The competent consumer authorities, arbitration committees, and courts will be determined under applicable law.
